我国出口贸易应对国外反补贴调查的思路

当前我国出口贸易面临国外反补贴调查的威胁,因此积极正确应对国外的反补贴,已成为当前我国政府和企业迫切需要解决的焦点问题。本文阐述了我国出口贸易遭遇反补贴调查的现状,分析了我国遭遇反补贴调查的根本原因,并从宏观和微观角度提出了我国应对国外反补贴调查的思路。     

Reflections on longitudinal action research with the English National Health Service

This paper reflects on a longitudinal collaborative action research programme between the Centre for Research in Strategic Purchasing and Supply and the UK National Health Service Purchasing and Supply Agency that has operated since 1995. During the collaboration, research has changed practice and practice has changed research. A framework for analysing change is introduced as a means of examining how supply strategy has changed during the course of the research. The framework is applied to three supply strategy cases of prosthetics, clinical waste and cardiology, illustrating how practice and research have changed and influenced the production of knowledge over time. The methodological, theoretical and managerial implications of such longitudinal action research programmes are reflected on.     

How warm is the corporate response to climate change? Evidence from Pakistan and the UK

In response to growing consensus among scientists and governments to act fast to avoid dangerous impacts of climate change, many industries have started to prepare for a carbon‐constrained world. However, this response is far from being uniform. Often action is predicated on economic, technological, organizational and institutional drivers and barriers, which vary between countries and across industrial sectors. In order to understand the effectiveness of industry response, it is therefore important to analyse corporate response across different sectors in different countries. Focusing on the nine most energy‐intensive and greenhouse gas (GHG) emitting industrial sectors, this paper compares corporate responses to climate change in Pakistan and the UK. By analysing the divergence of strategies adopted by industries across different sectors in two countries, the paper examines the key factors influencing corporate adoption and implementation of GHG reduction and energy‐efficiency strategies in Pakistan and the UK. 基于中部崛起的湖北城乡物流衔接模式研究

中部地区具有承东启西、纵贯南北的区位优势和综合资源优势,在我国经济社会发展全局中占有重要地位。论文主要研究了中部崛起战略下湖北城乡物流的衔接模式:在简要分析了中部崛起战略的重要战略意义的基础上,分析了湖北经济和物流业的发展所带来的机遇;之后简要介绍了湖北省的三大物流圈,重点分析了武汉物流圈,进而研究了基于中部崛起的武汉市城乡物流的三种衔接模式;同时分析了这些衔接模式在湖北城乡物流的衔接上面的可行性与适用性。论文的观点希望能为湖北城乡物流的有效衔接,为促进湖北地区物流与流通业的迅速发展提供参考。     

中小企业融资策略的微观视角分析

企业战略形成过程的类型及受组织因素影响的实证研究

Using data collected from 126 firms, this article attempts to classify different patterns of strategy formation process and identify organizational factors influencing the processes. Based on a clustering analysis method, we identify four patterns of strategy formation processes varying in main characteristics, such as command, adaptive, vision, and external constraints, etc. We also find that a firm’s ownership type and its development stage have significant effects on strategy formation processes.      

山东省加工贸易企业环保问题研究

探讨了山东省加工贸易企业可持续发展的实证研究。以循环经济为理论基础,采用调查问卷的研究方法,选择山东省济南、青岛、日照的加工贸易企业为实证研究对象,分析了山东省加工贸易企业环保情况及存在的问题,并提出了相关的对策建议,包括加强地方立法、提高科技创新能力以及加强加工贸易企业环境保护的监管力度等方面。
